Agency Inactivity Report

We recently released a new YGC DataLink® report called the Agency Inactivity Report. If you send accounts to collection agencies, you may need to track their immediate feedback. This report functions very much like the Law Firm Inactivity report, except that it shows shorter elapsed times that accounts have been sitting without further action by the receiver.
