Call Frequency Compliance Report

Late last year we improved our Call Frequency Compliance Report, available in our YGC DataLink®. It breaks up accounts into specific categories so clients can determine why debtor contact calls have not been made at their specified frequency, as well as which accounts have had their contact requirements met. Legitimate reasons that preclude debtor contact include bankruptcy, closure and payments received.

Restrict your search to qualifying periods relative to the dates accounts were placed, from the first week after placement to the eighth week after placement.

Upcoming Changes to YGC DataLink®

Watch for new developments in our account management system. In the near future, you will be able to:

  • Export any report to Excel
  • View the original values, total payments, fees and costs for all accounts in a particular key event in the Key Events report
  • Track short-term inactivity of collection agencies
